Scene From Breakfast This Morning
ME: “Hey Raimi, do you want a banana for breakfast?”
RAIMI: “Yeah. I want a banana.”
ME: [starts peeling banana]
RAIMI: “No no no no no no! I don’t want it!”
ME: “What are you talking about. You just said you wanted a banana.”
RAIMI: “No. It’s too yellowy for me.”

Compare to a few weeks ago at dinner. I put some beans in Raimi’s salad, because he loves edamame, so I figured he’d like those as well. He took one bite then spit them out and pushed the salad bowl away, saying “That is NOT GOOD for me.”
