Raimi’s First Day of School
The kindergarteners all wore name-tags pinned to their shirt, color-coded by classroom and containing information on how they’re supposed to get home (bus, walk, pick-up, or after school program.) It sort of felt like sending off Paddington Bear.
Raimi’s teacher, Ms. Harmon, is welcoming him and asking if he’s ready to start his first day of school. “I’m not sure,” he answered. She smiled warmly and said, “That’s ok–I’m not either!”
